Source count is not independence.
Two tools can share one upstream state provider.
Separate provenance from provider
On-chain reads, simulation, external intelligence, history, reputation and derived assessments describe different provenance domains. They do not necessarily describe independent providers. The same RPC state can feed both a direct read and an isolated local fork.
Expose shared dependencies
The source view shows recorded provider families and their domain membership. Multiple endpoints or observations from one family remain one declared family. A source relationship needs explicit evidence; no extra independence is inferred from the number of fields or visual nodes.
Missing enrichment is not token risk
An unavailable reputation source describes a coverage gap. It does not establish a bad reputation. The assessment considers whether the missing evidence blocks a conclusion and explains that boundary separately from observed adverse behavior.
